Fatal Flash Exchange / Return Policy

In the case that you received defective, damaged, or the wrong product item, contact us within 72 hr by either e-mail at customerservice@fatalflash.com or phone at 503-741-1407. Fatal Flash will pay for shipping of the returned merchandise, and shipping to send replacement merchandise. Returned Items must be unused, in their original state and packaging before replacement merchandise will be sent out.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, example; color or size not as you expected, (excluding defective or damaged merchandise, see above) you may return it within 30 days for a credit of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. You must return the product at your own expense in new, unused, in their original state and packaging to receive a refund to your credit card, or credit applied to exchanges. (less a 15% restocking fee. )

Return shipping not refunded unless there was an error on our part. Failure to return merchandise within 30 days of the postmark shipping date will result in a forfeit of any credit or exchange.
